Artist Statement: I designed this mural to express my journey with mental health and the power of positivity. After struggling through a dark period, I discovered that affirmations became my guiding light. It helped me reclaim my sense of self with phrases like “You Are Enough” and “Self Love”. This mural showcases the duality between light and dark symbolizing hope, resilience, and the light I found within. Through this art, I aim to inspire others to embrace their own self love journeys.
